The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency book rebrand

A modern twist on the classic novel series. I wanted to incorporate hands and eyes in my book covers to go with my concept of a helping hand and having to look in all different directions to find the truth. A lot of the imagery I chose represents the concepts and characters in the books. I wanted to incorporate layers through pieces of paper or paint to show that the main character needs to uncover the truth by ripping away the layers. I also created handmade typography for each of the titles to stick with the analog style.
